Our name is short for Norwalk Sailing School. The Sailing school site at Calf Pasture Beach has been established in the 1960's by then mayor of Norwalk -open for the public's use and enjoyment. Since then, generations of sailors and windsurfers have sailed through weaving their stories and taking memories with them. Everyone knows us as NSS.
Our focus is two-fold: passion and precision.
We are driven by the aim to teach you top form and strong fundamentals while sharing our passion for dynamism of watersports.

We offer sailing for adults and youth, windsurfing and intro to wingfoiling for teenagers and adults We run after school and Home School group and private courses in Spring and Fall
BEGINNER JUNIOR SAILING
a series of six 1 week Learn to Sail summer sessions for complete beginner sailors ages 7+. Progressive development over the course of multiple sessions Dinghy Sailing June 22-July 31, 2026

a series of six 1 week sessions focused on development of sailing techniques course for returning campers or non beginner sailors. June 22-July 31, 2026
