Women’s Wingfoil Clinic. This Clinic is designed for women interested in learning how to Wing, the first level in Wingfoil progression.

Safety & Setup
Wind awareness, Gear setup, Launch area Safety, Self-Rescue.
Wing Control
Beach and Water practice with the wing.
How to power and depower the wing,
Steering with the wing: upwind, downwind, jibing to turn around
Board Control
While using a stand up paddleboard (SUP) with a centerboard.
How to get on the SUP with the wing, kneeling to standing transitions.
Balance and body position on the SUP, Steering the SUP.
Time and Place:
Saturday September 5 @1pm. Norwalk Sailing School at Calf Pasture Beach, 50 Calf Pasture Rd. Norwalk CT Next to the Coast Guard Station. Participants park for free at this site only.
Cost and Duration:
$100 per Participant, Group size 3-6, Duration 2-2.5 hr depending on group size.
